TCL came to us with the challenge of effectively managing both their Global account and 4 local accounts (Australia, Portugal, Spain + Mexico), to create content that spoke to the relevant audiences. Our mission was clear: tailor communication to diverse target audiences. We needed to drive product awareness through impactful launches, whilst infusing the account with personality to connect authentically with the relevant audiences and increase follower interaction, and fan retention.
Our solution entailed the creation and execution of a tailored social strategy, featuring bespoke creative assets, such as 3D videos and design, as well as curated lifestyle and product photography. To enhance the community even further we used multiple different methods, such as: a combination of proactive and reactive community management, utilising engaging user-generated content, enticing giveaways, a boosting strategy, impactful influencer campaigns, and bespoke interactive and localised content. We ensured an effective approach to enhancing the social media account's performance, which resulted in successfully elevating brand awareness and surpassing KPIs and growth targets.
