The Challenge

heycar were looking for our biggest and best ideas that would push them to be brave on social, and drive brand frame. An integral part of their request was to help them improve their reactive content and and community management, across 4 social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn). With an extensive marketing calendar it was crucial we not only supported with BAU content, but also provide creative and social first ideas for the event sponsorships and above the line campaigns.

The Approach

In the last 4 months, we have taken heycar’s socials and given them a much more social first approach in their content, nurturing their current community and growing it even further. We have seen an increase in both engagements and growth on the account, and expect this will continue to grow at an even more rapid pace. Additionally, our work over Summer 2023 involved concepting and content curation for their sponsorship events, in which we saw an increase in 1700% in engagements vs performance from last years sponsorship event content.
