Napolina came to us with an out-of-date social media strategy that relied on competitions and heavy organic boosting for social growth and engagement. To truly grow in the current social landscape they needed to evolve and move away from this strategy with fear of getting lost in the void.
By harnessing Napolina’s new TOV we were able to channel the brand’s bold, Neapolitan roots through own channel content and community management. Focusing on Instagram as the hero channel we launched TikTok as a new test-and-learn platform which later pivoted to focus on platform-native, entertaining content due to content success.
