Our Senior Account Managers lead our key paid social (and PPC accounts). You are responsible for managing client relationships and planning strategies that exceed their objectives. Your proven expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, project and people management will be key to delivering exceptional results and achieving client satisfaction.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

Growth Strategy:

  • Develop paid social strategies for high scale accounts, focusing on driving efficient, attributable conversion value, as well as attracting and engaging new customers. Plan and allocate budgets appropriately based on targets and forecasted results. Oversee budget pacing and make adjustments reactively to ensure maximum ROI for clients. Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs to provide proactive strategic recommendations and spot opportunities for development. Review data across a range of reporting sources regularly, identifying patterns and trends within performance metrics.

Client & Project Management:

  • Nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact. Collaborate with the creative strategist and in-house designers and content creators to ensure the execution of effective creative briefs & assets. Create and oversee systems that ensure accountability on actions and timings, between the client and Spin, as well as interdepartmentally.

Campaign management:

  • For your main accounts you will put your strategies into practice and deliver ad campaigns within the ad platforms.

Optimisation & Experimentation:

  • Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to spot areas for innovation. Devise experiments and testing that help measure the true impact of campaigns.

Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with more junior team members on your accounts. Assess quality of output, provide guidance and leadership. Mentor and upskill Account Executives on all fundamental areas of paid social.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Review and input strategically to weekly and monthly reports, and deliver quarterly business reviews to your clients. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Here’s what we need from you…

  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (> £50k/pcm) with an impressive track record of delivering commercial results for clients (Meta & Google experience required, all other channels desirable but not essential).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience nurturing and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent and clear communicator, both written and verbally.
  • A keen interest in social media platforms, specifically how they can be used for advertising.
  • Passion for data and trend analysis, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • A good eye for spotting and understanding performance creative that delivers results on social media.
  • A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to foresee problems and find solutions proactively.
  • Experience with people management, (eg. a small team or one direct report).

  • Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: 38 hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
  • Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
