The Role

Ready to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team?

We are seeking a Senior Social Measurement Analyst to elevate the agency's measurement and reporting capabilities across paid, organic and influencer, with a particular focus on organic and influencer measurement. This role is critical in helping define, improve, and automate how we report and prove effectiveness for our clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to create best-in-class reporting frameworks, develop insights that drive business impact, and contribute to agency-wide measurement initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll be doing...

Measurement & Reporting:

  • Elevate Paid, Organic & Influencer Measurement: Develop robust reporting capabilities that go beyond surface-level metrics to deliver actionable insights. Identify trends, measure off-channel impact (e.g., brand uplift, search demand, revenue influence), and provide meaningful insights that drive client strategies.
  • Run & Enhance R Score: Own and evolve the agency’s proprietary R Score framework by running surveys, analyzing results, and iterating on the methodology.

Client Reporting Standards:

  • Standardise and improve reporting templates across clients.
  • Automate and streamline reports where possible to improve efficiency.
  • Train and support Client Leadership teams on reporting best practices.

Agency-Level Insights:

  • Conduct cross-client analysis to identify broader trends, performance benchmarks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Deliver insights that help shape strategic recommendations for clients.

Data Automation & Technical Capabilities:

  • Automate Reporting Processes: Improve efficiency through dashboard development, data integration, and automation.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team for technical support, leveraging offshore resources for larger-scale or technical projects.
  • Support ad hoc custom report creation and contribute to agency-wide data initiatives.

Here’s what we need from you...

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, measurement, or data analysis, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in organic and influencer measurement methodologies, with experience building and evolving measurement frameworks.
  • Technical skills in data visualisation and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and the ability to automate processes.
  • Experience with survey design and analysis (e.g., for R Score).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, including social, search, and off-channel impact measurement.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data integration tools is a plus but not required.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong skills in reporting automation and dashboard development.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Client Leadership, Strategy, Paid Media, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing reporting inefficiencies and gaps.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: Able to operate independently and drive improvements without heavy oversight.
