The Role

Less about us, more about you.

We are looking for someone awesome with a self-starter attitude to become a dedicated Senior Account Manager here at Spin. 

You’ll be in charge of managing a range of paid social and PPC accounts with the additional opportunity to strengthen your knowledge in paid social, which has historically been our bread and butter. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with your clients by helping them achieve their goals. Working alongside our team of paid social creatives, you will be strategising, executing, and reporting on our key accounts , collaborating with our creatives both in your team (or Pod as we call them) and our Organic Social team, you’ll be managing exciting campaigns and upskilling junior members of our team!

Here’s what you’ll be doing...

  • Proactive management of client relationships. Regularly engaging with clients over the phone, via email or in person. You’ll be working to ensure that everything is delivered on time and in line with your client’s business goals whilst applying original thought to build solutions to client problems and communicating this in a clear and direct way.
  • Monthly and weekly reporting of KPIs. You must have an eye for analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients so they know about all the great stuff we're doing. 
  • Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns. 
  • Managing large budgets 
  • Advising, and executing strategy and being an integral part of our client's teams from start to finish
  • Playing a key role in creating pitch decks for new clients 

Here’s what we need from you...

  • Significant experience managing Paid Social & PPC accounts with an impressive track record of delivering commercials results for clients (Meta & Google experience required, all other channels desirable but not essential). 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience nurturing and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent and clear communicator, both written and verbally.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing at large.
  • An analytical mind with a good eye for spotting trends and insights amongst large data sets. 
  • Experience working with creative teams, project managing output and delivery in line with client expectations. 
  • A good eye for performance creative that delivers results on social media. 
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to foresee problems and find solutions before they become major issues. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing a small team (or one direct report)

  • Location: Borough, London (Hybrid working 2 days in the office)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
