We’re on the hunt for a social-obsessed Community Executive to join our rapidly expanding team. As a social agency, no day is the same. You’ve probably read ‘fast-paced’ a lot on these job boards, but we’re about to say it again: it’s a fast-paced environment, but that also means faster learnings, more experiences and quicker development. We genuinely want to help you progress as much as you want to.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of community management, driving growth, engagement, noise and cultural connection for our clients. You’ll be the voice of the audience to our Social Accounts Team, living and breathing our clients’ accounts. You’ll identify key trends and create excellent reactive content to keep our clients at the cutting edge of social. Community is a crucial element of winning social media alchemy, and you’ll be making some viral social magic.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

  • Proactive and reactive community management on key client accounts, seeking opportunities to generate buzz on social platforms.
  • Trend analysis and identification, and the creation of lo-fi, mobile-first, engaging reactive content.
  • Having your ear to the ground of community conversations, sentiment and opinions, to feed back to the wider client team.
  • Implementing community growth and engagement initiatives.
  • Filming and editing reactive content, jumping on the latest trends. 
  • Working closely with the Community team, as well as our Social Account Managers and other specialist teams across our 360 social offering!
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of all things social - platform updates, trending sounds and the latest memes will be your first language!

Here’s what we need from you…

  • Up to 1 years of experience in a social/community role, preferably within an agency or in-house at a social-first brand.
  • An understanding of and passion for social media across various channels.
  • A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in being in front of the camera and creating lo-fi content for reactive, mobile-shot content.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Some Specifics

  • Start Date: ASAP 
  • Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus 
  • Hours: 38 hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
  • Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
